- Late Entries: Shorts $35, Features $90 by May 10th, 2013 (postmarked or registered on WAB)
Note: Shorts are under 13 min., Features under 130 min.
Movies 13-59 min. are Shorts; 60-129 min. are Features.
We can no longer accept credit cards except through Withoutabox (see above and/or below).

Rules:
- All entries must be transferred to Region 1 or 0 DVD for preview.
- Please include clips and/or trailers of your movie(s) to be used in promoting the festival online.
- No DVDs will be returned unless you include $5.95 or whatever it costs to priority mail your stuff back.
- All accepted entries will be notified by mail – enclose your name and address.
- PLEASE NEVER SEND YOUR PARENTS’ HOME MOVIES!
